"Hotel Arolla is about a 5 minute walk from the funicular and rail station, and a minute from the old town. I cannot praise the owners enough for the kindness, hospitality and generosity they showed us when we stayed with them just as France went into 'containment' for the covid19 virus. "Stayed here one night whilst touring the alps. Hotel in small village. Room comfortable and clean with balcony looking onto the most fantastic view. Lovely lady owner who served excellent continental breakfast. The hotel over the road did brilliant pizzas as our hotel didn't seem to do evening meals. Village very quiet. Would definitely recommend staying here."
