"1. Bathroom is horrible experience. Shower tray leaked badly causing water leaked out like flooding. We nearly slipped and felt. When requesting for changing room, was told all rooms are similar.😒 2.providing the quilt without quilt cover. Seen obviously the yellow marks on quilt. 3. Heating wasn’t working. Whole night throughout freezing. 4.Whole family are aren’t happy for this trip "

"Reasonably priced and no real issues but no real sparkle in any sense either. A very long walk to the city ; there is a bus but you need local nouse to get a card first etc Staff were friendly enough but slightly removed from the situation - it was off-season and mid-pandemic, but still ...
