"The staff were friendly, pleasantly offered recommendations when needed. The room was VERY clean, which was appreciated, and the breakfast was good, and had a lot of options. Be aware, if you have an issue with stairs, ask for a first level room when booking as there is no elevator. I definately would stay there again if on Bornholm."

Breakfast was across the street at the sister hotel in a "hyggelig" breakfast room. There was a little COVID-era quirk: we had to put on plastic gloves before using the breakfast buffet. "A great holiday and break. Basic rooms, but they make the most out of everything. Location is super; walk to harbour area; restaurants and bars. Close to beach and beach cafe. Wonderful breakfast. WIFI worked surprisingly well."

"No heating in a 850dkk hotel room, apparently to cheap to turn on central heating in the hotel. It was so cold, that I had to take a hot shower before going to bed. The water was not hot enough, so I ended up getting a cold. When I went for breakfast, there was none. They removed it to early 😁. I asked for a refund, but the manager has not even contacted me. Ps no refrigerator in the room either."
