"The manager whilst seemingly polite was inattentive and did not check the room booked was available. Offered alternative room that was not suitable but we had no choice but to take it. I was offered a refund but it was not forthcoming and still hasn’t been received. "

"Room was very good. Spacious and with good facilities. Unfortunately breakfast is started late at 8 a. m and as we are travelling an earlier start at 7.30a.m would be better as the service was very slow. We arrived at 8 and did not get a hot drink until 8.20! No croissant or fresh pastry just a bun in a packet to accompany the bread and ham/cheese.. A little disappointing. "Tout est dans le titre. On a été très bien accueilli. Le lit est très grand. La salle de bain mériterait un petit rajeunissement mais on ne va pas se plaindre, on ne passe pas notre temps à se laver 😅. L'hôtel est idéalement placé."

"The front picture is the thermal baths, not the hotel. This said, as a 2*, it is great. Close to the ski lift and the town centre. Could not be located much better. The manager and staff were fab too. Very helpful. The bed was a bit hard for me and the pillows not great. But this may just be me. My partner was fine. Highly recommend. "

"Si vais a este hotel, la reserva tiene que ser por booking ya que según los dueños no trabajan con Hoteles.com y cuando llegue allí no aparecía mi reserva y ademas ellos siempre cobran en el hotel. A pesar de ello se portaron estupendamente y nos dieron la ultima habitación que tenían sin cobrarnos suplemento. Excelente servicio!"
