"The front desk associate when we checked didn’t feel well at all but was extremely efficient with the check in. The night front desk associate not as helpful. My husband was trying to get a soda-machine was not working properly. He went to the front desk and the associate was very rude. He said rudely-those machines are not ours! I can’t help you. Unacceptable!"

"The first room we were put in the bathroom door was gone. Hinges were the but no door. It was a handicap room though. Maybe they took it off for that reason. However, it had a tub that wouldn’t have worked for handicapped persons. When we went to shower there was no hot water at all in that room and the little refrigerator was broken. The staff was wonderful trying to get us a different room but they had to call the management and I got the feeling the management was resistant and didn’t...
