El pago lo hice mediante hoteles.com y lo unico que dijeron es que no se actualiza bien la informacion en la plataforma y que ya estaban llenos y no me quieren regresar el dinero de la reserva. "Overall this is a very beautiful and unique property. There are only 6 rooms so it is very small but the rooms are huge. It is conveniently located right next to the zócalo as well. Their terrace bar is beautiful BUT i waited an hour there for service and no one showed. And i never saw anyone there the entire stay. The staff is very friendly as well. I only have 3 complaints: 1. They need fans. 2.they need larger mirrors (only a tiny one in the bathroom) 2. Expect a lot of noise. The balconies...

"Me agrado la atención, el personal es muy amable. No me agrado que las habitaciones 8 y 16 tenian mucha humedad y por ende el olor de humedad era muy fuerte, fuera de eso la estancia estuvo bien."

"Noisy at night all kinds of noises, ie dog barking car alarm, police sirens etc. the room is great the bed is really comfortable. But when we got to the hotel, the room we booked was not longer available so they offered us the king bedroom which cuz more but I believe I paid full price i didn’t get the rate on expedia "
