"The surrounding area was not pretty. This was the best we could do short notice, so we didn’t expect much. However, in the winter this is a very cold building with no heat. They know this, because they left an abundance of blankets. We froze all night. This hotel inspired us to travel with a space heater. The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly."

"Con cuidado con reservar aqui, a mi no me respetaron mi reservacion y no me quieren regresar mi dinero. El pago lo hice mediante hoteles.com y lo unico que dijeron es que no se actualiza bien la informacion en la plataforma y que ya estaban llenos y no me quieren regresar el dinero de la reserva. No se hospeden aqui, aguas con reservar en hoteles.com"

"Overall this is a very beautiful and unique property. There are only 6 rooms so it is very small but the rooms are huge. It is conveniently located right next to the zócalo as well. Their terrace bar is beautiful BUT i waited an hour there for service and no one showed. And i never saw anyone there the entire stay. The staff is very friendly as well. I only have 3 complaints: 1. They need fans. 2.they need larger mirrors (only a tiny one in the bathroom) 2. Expect a lot of noise. The balconies...

"Me agrado la atención, el personal es muy amable. No me agrado que las habitaciones 8 y 16 tenian mucha humedad y por ende el olor de humedad era muy fuerte, fuera de eso la estancia estuvo bien."
