"We were wine tasting for 3 days around the north side of Mt Etna. Hotel in a great location. The town of Linguaglossa is a little slow and limited. But this was shoulder reason. Staff was excellent- eager to please and very responsive "

It would have been fabulous but two things spoilt it , 1. it was so modern with black light switches that you could not fond them to turn on when they were off , maybe painting the switches white or red would sort out the problem. "Check in and check out was a breeze. Spacious room though it is dated. Bathrooms could use an upgrade and I did not like how the toilet and shower were practically one. Staff is very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast was decent. I’m not a huge breakfast person, so a cornetto and cup of coffee is fine for me. Fresh made juice was delicious. If you’re expecting a large continental breakfast then this isn’t for you. Overall not too bad. "

"This property should note for everybody STAIRS STAIRS STAIRS everywhere and all the time! For people who are not well-moveable absolutely unsuitable accommodation :( For others - amazing view from every room :)) Also there is problem with parking. So this property should not announce that there is parking available. It is not true for everybody. We came in winter and heating was not working, so there was very cold in a room. "

"This property was a great find for exploring Mount Etna. The room was basic but clean and soon soon felt like home after emptying your suitcase! Travelling with two teenage boys, we had a quadruple room and a view of Mount Etna from our balcony. The staff were friendly and welcoming. We had dinner on the roof top terrace and the food was excellent! We stayed for three nights and also ate at another excellent pizzeria 5 minutes walk away. Parking is limited but we always found a space opposite...
