"I was actually surprised at how the clean the hotel is. The bed was very comfortable. Another surprise was how fast their WiFi is. Now that was the first time ever I found fast Wifi in a hotel. The only drawback was the nearby shops. There are two take aways shops on the left but I didnt like them so I walked further around the bend where I found a delightful Fish & Chips shop where they sell fresh Fish & Chips for next to nothing. "We could’nt get access into the property and couldn’t get hold of the managing agent, spent 2 hrs trying to get in, gave up and the whole area was fully booked. Absolute nightmare. The check in instructions were to download an app and then there were no details like property number, none of the key boxes were responsive. Contacted Expedia and spent a further 2 hrs on the phone to them and they also could not get in touch with the managing agent. The building had poor lighting outside and was...
