"Overall great stay - would definitely stay again The reception staff were so helpful and friendly - gave great advice on which beaches to go to and how to access them The accommodation is literally on top of the main interchange so unrivalled in terms of transport links - we got the bus to San Sebastián The room was fab with fridge, sink etc Some of the sheets were stained which is my only criticism but don’t let that out you off - I’m sure they would have given me fresh ones if I had asked "

"We had a great stay. Accommodation spot on and the breakfast was great. Didnt seem to be a good area to stay but was ok. Friendly reminders from local shop keepers to keep safe from pick pockets. Great for access to everywhere. We walked but plenty of buses. Would use again."

"We enjoyed this hotel. However there is no AC in the room in h the hot July weather. The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbour’s snore! But the hotel is conveniently located and clean."

"I liked how easily accessible the property was and how the staff were very well versed in tourist attractions and the like. I was helped by Marta when I checked in and she gave me a map with all the places I’d need to go to or tourist and food spots circled in which was very helpful, as well as the transportation links around the city. I just wish there were more options especially with protein at breakfast. It was all pretty much just toast and baked good but some eggs and maybe some sausages and beans would’ve been great too"

"Great apartments with the basics you need to prepare meals, dishwasher and washing machine. Extra towels, hygiene and cleaning products was provided. Only thing that was an issue was quality and range of wifi network. Was only available close to entrance. But other than that . Amazing Service provided before our late arrival. Great standard of the apparment and accessories that was provided. Walking distance beautiful Old town of Bilbao, Museums, restaurants etc."
