"Although this place stated they were renovated, I found this to be misleading. The toilet was new, and the tile looked like us was installed by unskilled workers. The shower curtain rod and grab bars were stained and peeling. The walls were dirty, the bedspread was stained, furniture was worn, scratched. "A++ stay at this wonderful lake house! I took my three boys (ages 6-11) for a Labor Day retreat and so happy we chose this place. Colin was extremely easy to communicate with, from the second I messaged him that I was interested in the rental, up until our departure. The house was VERY clean and comfortable. "The pfroperty was not great only one wall sconce had a bulb for light, the 4inch mattress was ddirectly on top of metalframe for a playform bed. abut very clean. We paid aan extra $25,00 fdor each dog and unfortunately one got sick We cleaned all areas of the room affected and gave them another $50.00 for the housekeepping staff as we had to use the hand towels tocleanspots on the fug.
