"Check in was fast. Room was decent. Some areas like the tub and carpet seem dirty but it was ok for a one night stay. We enjoyed breakfast, they have a good selection. Wish the pool was open but sadly it’s only seasonal. The area is not too bad for a small town. We like that there’s Walmart, a gas station, restaurants and other businesses across the street. That made it convenient. Free parking and WiFi was a plus for us too."

"perfect location for my stay iin Bella Vista. Everything you need is provided. Condo was very clean and comfortable. Slept great every night. Loved having washer and dryer. I did have to wash all the blue towels as the color bled and lots of towel fluff, as they must have been new towels. After washing no further issues and I didn't mind such a minor issue. Would return in future visits to AR"

"Perfect for a family getaway to ride trails and see the sights. Really good location for easily getting to the Blowing Springs trails, very easy to get to downtown Bentonville. Well maintained and very comfortable for our group. The teenager had all important space, as did the parents! Everything we needed to cook in. Highly recommend!"
