"This hotel is in an old industrial building, so the layout is a bit odd, but it's comfortable and a bit charming. The windows are enormous and the ceilings are high. I found the front desk staff to be extremely helpful. The place is also well situated, near the middle of a touristy (though not especially busy) part of town. Couldn't recommend the $15 breakfast buffet."

"The only complaint is the lack of snow removal in the parking lot. We towards the end of a 6" snow event, but the lot still hadn't been cleared 8 hours after the event ended."

"Very spacious and comfortable room. Bedding is great. Love the window shade, although we were unable to raise it at the wall switch. Would have liked glasses available in the room for beverages. Refrigerator was not on and unable to make it work. Hot water in lobby needed to be refreshed as it was lukewarm for tea. Staff very pleasant and courteous. "
