"För vår del handlade vistelsen inte om spa eller behandlingar. Vi var på genomresa och ville bo på något annat ställe än de vanliga hotellen. Vi upplevde Högbo som personligt, genomtänkt och gästvänligt med ägarnas och personalens engagemang. Vi kommer gärna tillbaka då vi trivdes med det ”mindre och lugnare” sättet att bo. "

"Uniqueness was located by the Gota canal & locks. Very near the museum about the Canal which was very good. What I didn't like was the communal washrooms & showers. Perhaps a separate toilet for the restaurant patrons would help."

"Vi behövde bara en plats för övernattning och hade inga behov av att äta där, varken middag eller frukost. Rummet var ok, badrummet var fräscht och verkade nyrenoverat, det pågick renovering lite här och var på hotellet. Sängarna var bra. Hotellet ger ett nedgånget uttryck men det funkade bra för våra behov. Det har potential att bli ett jättefint ställe om man fortsätter att rusta upp och kompletterar med bättre möbler, armaturer osv."

"The holiday houses are situated on a hill overlooking a lake. The holiday house itself was not in a good condition though and we first had to clean it. Especially the mattresses were very dirty. The pricing is not transparent. We were overcharged 200 SEK and were not able to find out for what even after calling the property."
