"Beautifully kept, immaculate, quiet and comfortable. Tucked down a quiet side street, just a few minutes from the centre, the hotel is uninspiring outside. Inside, the reception area is attractive and bright. Warmly greeted - which continued every time we entered and left (you have to leave your key). Room spotless - perhaps slightly old-fashioned but that added to its charm. Bed much more comfortable than it looked - single long pillow seemed odd but didn't cause us any problems. Slightly odd...

"I want to say this was by far the most memorable property we stayed in, during our time in Spain. It is a beautiful building with everything you could possibly need, but what made it stand out in memory were the amazing staff, in particular Lourdes who went above and beyond to be welcoming to us and treated our young son with care, attention and love. "The staff were absolutely wonderful, especially Maria Jose and Elvis at reception. The rooms were clean except for the sofa in one of our rooms which was quite dirty and just covered with a blanket. It looked like it could have been mould but it didn't smell. Aside from that, the food at the restaurant is lovely, lots of choices. The servers are great, all of them, and the chef came out to chat to us after we had our meal. Overall just a really nice, friendly environment. Beautiful gardens....
