"I enjoyed my stay at 3 Peaks Lodge and would happily stay again. Great location with a relatively affordable price point. If I had spent under $150 on the room, I would consider calling it a 5-star experience. The price point is slightly higher than the level of accommodation. The money we spend clearly hasn't gone into Staffing or Building upgrades in recent history. "

"Great stay while skiing at Ski Cooper. Yes the property is dated but the beds were comfy and hotel was very clean. All we needed after day of skiing. We’ll stay here next time we come to CO to ski! "

"Older property, but well maintained and clean. The breakfast was decent and the staff was very nice. The breakfast room is small, but I always lucked out to find a table available. Just something to be aware of. There was no door on bathroom (shower/toilet), which is something to consider if you are not traveling solo. Also, the fire alarm in the room got triggered by the steam from the shower every day. Quite annoying. "

"Arrived for a 1 night stay enroute to a ski area. At check in the young woman at the desk recognized my advanced age and volunteered to bring my suitcase up the endless stairs - I accepted. Still at 10,000 feet altitude and coming from sea level, the stairs were formidable (no elevator). The room was bright with a variety of old images. The queen bed was comfortable and had a new mattress. I slept well. The room had a newly renovated bathroom with a very snug shower. The furniture was vintage....

"This was a very clean and updated property. I loved it and staff was very responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend this property, and I would stay here again."

"Great stay - only complaint is we ran out of toilet paper and didn’t have an option to ask someone for clean towels since no staff on site. However, was walkable to downtown, hot tub was nice and room was clean and comfortable."

"Got a large cabin with 2 Queen beds. Was a cozy place and the staff was very friendly and nice. Only negative is the hwy noise. It sits on the corner of a main hwy that connects Leadville and BV, as well as to Twin Lakes...which is less than a mile away offering stunning views. Still, the condition of these cabins were great and gave that cozy cabin feeling."
