"I like the location , close to 75 , many restaurants close by. The bad thing thst they offer breakfast and they are not set up for it. I had to pick up a quick breafast outside the hotel before i went to my meetings at 7am causing inconvience because not many options at 6am"

"Please check behind the doors when cleaning rooms after each use. Found an offensive item of a previous occupant. Human error is possible and not making big deal out of it. "

"Staff was polite and friendly. The breakfast was average. The room was nice and clean other than the bathroom. The toilet seat had some crap on the seat we had to clean off and the soap in the shower was empty. I was pleased with my stay and would stay there again and recommend to others."

"Overall very nice and I would stay here again. We had a couple issues (door handle was janky and the tv remote didn’t work and needed to be switched out) but the room was very spacious and comfy/clean. The pool however looked directly out of a low budget hotel. Heat was broken in the room itself so it was freezing when you got in or out of the pool, it was not clean around the pool (literally a pipe sticks out?!) and the towels were the size of a hand towel.. "Great stay! Stayed at this hotel due to its closeness to Pine Knob Ski Resort. We wanted a pool for our littles but the hot tub and sauna were amazing for the older kids and adults after a day of skiing! Only downsides were the hooks in the bathroom kept falling off the wall and the front area staff weren’t the most welcoming. But overall a wonderful choice for our family !"

"I didn't like the fact that we had music playing around 7 pm and got in trouble for being loud. Yet three rooms with kids were yelling and being twice as loud all night long, with no issues "
