"The property overall was clean & quiet. I felt safe. No bed bugs or pest. However the bathroom had a urine smell. It appeared clean to the naked eye. Maybe use a stronger cleaning agent. "

"The location was perfect. The view was spectacular. It was easy to get a hold of the property owners. This is definitely a well loved family home they are renting out occasionally. That means there is a lot of personal items around and a little less focus on cleaning some of the dusty corners. This also meant it wasn’t very childproof for our two under 2. But we had everything we needed and the view from the screened in porch was priceless. "

"It was a nice and comfortable house. The only negative was when we arrived we learned one of the beds was in the garage/game room. There were a bunch of dead bugs on the garage floor. More bugs came in through the garage door cracks during our stay. I don't know what kind of bugs they were, some sort of black beetle. Otherwise the kids loved the game room and the house was very clean. "

"We had requested a first floor room due to my wife's disability, but they had no record of the request. To make matters worse, they had no elevator. When we got in the room there was a glue trap visible in the room, the TV remote did not work, the room had no chairs and no desk or work table. While there, our key cards quit working and were told sorry, but that is out of our control, its a timer, but they gave us new cards that worked."
