Within 30 min of checking in we noticed that bathroom sink/face basin was not draining. Complained about it to the same person who checked us in, he assured us that he will get maintenance to fix it and after 3 hrs or so it was not fixed. Went back downstairs and complained to another worker who gave us instructions on how to fix the issue, but we were unable to do it. He came...

Couldn't fault anything about the hotel - the only slight inconvenience was the fact that late nigt room service wasn't an option. Overall though, fantastic!"
