"Traveling with my wife and two kids. Very old outdated property. During our stay, the water went out. The water have to be delivered to the hotel and pumped into water tanks. Then are not attached to city supply or have their own well. The pump burned out and no standby replacements. So we could not use the bathroom for anything. The door the bathroom is busted. The door frame is broken like someone kick it in. The hotel manager refused to refund our money when they had no other room to...

"Staff were unattentive ,need training for service protocol, had to literally get up for everything, never asked us if we needed anything,i.e food drinks,tried to book a ferry to bohol and they waited to long for response,,ended up not getting on ,i had to pay more to go to next port,,they in turn said it was the ports fault!!! If you are a lite sleeper bring ear plugs,lots and lots of dogs barking all nite,still enjoyed our stay,nice room ,nice ocean side hotel"

When we complained they said they didn't have any rooms like that. They blamed hotels.com for making their listing look like they had them, saying they couldn't list it accurately because of their limited listing fields. Well, we were deceived.
