"Because I don’t speak Italian or German, checking un was a challenge. The receptionist behaved as if I was the one at fault for not finding a common language. After taking our passports and handing me a key, she left abruptly without indicating the location of the room. The room itself was nice. The on site restaurant was very good, but very under staffed (maybe because it was Italian Liberatiin Day, a holiday). Breakfast and parking were fine. The Wifi did not work during our entire stay....

"Located in a lovely scenic position high up on a hill side, the property is staffed by wonderfully hospitable people determined to make our stay memorable. To our surprise, the property had a small pool and exercise area as well as games area. The recommendation of a nearby restaurant was spot on (5 minute walk) plus a great breakfast also kept us well fed. The only concerns are that the property is a bit of a drive off the main motorway and the wifi was slow. But those are small concerns...

"We had a very good stay for five nights. The accommodation is run by a family with great hospitality. We enjoyed the breakfast and also had dinner on site at the restaurant for three nights. The dinner was family style and of very good quality and reasonably priced. The room we had was on the second floor with a balcony and spectacular mountain views perfect for taking sunset photos of the Sassolungo Grippe. "My husband and I stayed here in mid June and it was wonderful. The location is beautiful and provided a wonderful pool to enjoy on a warm summer day. The owners were incredibly welcoming and provided for our every need and request. The optional dinner was delicious and of exceptional quality, a perfect ending to a day of hiking, biking, and exploring. Looking forward to returning. "

"Nettes Hotel an der Hauptstraße, ordentliches gerämiges und sauberes Zimmer, Bar und Restaurant mit vielfältiger Auswahl (indisch und italienisch) sowie langer Öffnungszeit, preiswert und ganz lecker, sehr freundliches Personal, Frühstück war entgegen der Angabe in der Buchung nicht inbegriffen, aber Cappuccini und Hörnchen gab es für ganz kleines Geld, also kein Problem. "Superbe hôtel. Completement rénové et dans un cadre montagnard maginifique. Mais il faudrait juste mettre beaucoup plus en évidence que cet hotel est en pleine montagne et inaccessible en voiture. (Cest indiqué dans le site hotels.com, mais en toute fin du descriptif.) On laisse sa voiture sur un parking en bas d'un téléphérique ... donc ne pas prendre de grosse valise !
