"It's nice hotel close to city center. Rooms are recently renovated and look very fresh and clean. Children were happy to find beautiful towel swans at beds. Breakfast was very good with tasty local options. It was real surprise to get a breakfast like this as hotel was almost empty. Easy to park on road in front of the hotel."

Upon check in the receptionist charged my card again, even though I pre-paid through hotels.com I had booked an all female dorm but was placed in a mixed dorm. I didn't particularly care, but something to consider if that is important to you. The dorm beds are all open, so no room with doorways, but the hotel was pretty quiet. "There are some really bad reviews of this property - and it's easy to see why. So, so many things required maintenance or fixing that are just left as they are. In our room alone there was a broken shower head, broken shower support thing, broken lock, and a couple other smaller things. But the positives outweigh the negatives. Great breakfast, great location, and super friendly service all made up for the few inconveniences in the room. Plus the view was spectacular!"
