"It was good overall, good and friendly service. bed was a bit uncomfortable also there was no plugs near the bed to charge the phone, and the wifi on the tv wouldn’t work."

"As a female lone traveller i tried to contact Lido Star, Plus Hotels and Expedia regarding the appauling recent trip advisor reviews of this hotel. Make sure you check dates of reviews in 2020 it seemed fine. In 2024 people are sent to other hotels, there were pics of blood on the sheets etc. As i was arriving in the dark , called and emailed for reassurance - no response. The manager and family are very friendly, but they hang out in the lobby all day and evening and smoke nonstop while they watch TV.
