"Our stay in the oasis was very exotic. The room was appropriate for the location but equipped with an AC and pretty comfortable beds. We had a great breakfast in the morning in the local style, with amazing fresh bread that was made on site that same morning. This was an excellent adventure, probably not ideal for people expecting luxury and glamour. "

"Approaching from the main road on the unpaved street with partly finished neighbouring buildings was uninviting. Exterior of the riad looks nice but it faces onto the garden and isnt within view. Interior is tastefully decorated but the smell of the nearby farm animals wafting through the building was unpleasant. Our room was cold and even with the AC at maximum heat seemed to barely warm the room. Shower water was cold in the evening but warmer in the morning after electric boosting. Bed was...

"They are berbers and I received generous warmth and welcoming even during my 1 night stay. It was tranquil and calm with the date palm that lived for more than 200 years, beautiful peacocks walking freely and a cozy room! I slept like a baby! Even though, it was quite isolated but i really did enjoy my stay there and regardless communication break down with the staffs but their warmth gesture speak louder than words. "We are so glad that we stayed at Maroc Galacx. Mohammad was so helpful in advising us about places to see and he arranged car hire for us. We are so grateful for his help and reassurance. Having a car enabled us to explore the south of morocco for one week which was amazing. Having breakfast in the kitchen with his family was just like being at home. They made us feel very welcome and we will defintely return if we are lucky enough to visit Ouazarate again."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans votre établissement. Mohamed a satisfait nos demandes avec professionnalisme et amabilité. "Aziz and Ahmed are natural born hosts. Their food is delicious and their hospitality warming. It is a type of hotel where guests may have somehow interaction with each other while having tea or to dinner time. "The hotel staff make all the difference in the world when it comes to one’s impression of a hotel. The hotel was just average: clean, comfortable bed, lots of parking available. But the concierge went out of his way in telling me where to go sightseeing and where to have dinner. Upon arrival, he offered mint tea while I waited to check in. I had a long 9 hour drive after I checked out and he even looked at my route to make sure I was ok. I can’t say the same about the alternate concierge though...
