"I really enjoyed the facilities at the hotel. The room was clean and well appointed. The reception and breakfast room were well decorated and welcoming. The stand out is the swimming pool, spa and Waterpark. All were of a very high standard and well maintained. The ritual saunas were excellent, with the Sauna. "We stayed at the property for just one night. The property is very near to Ferry Terminal however, around 25 minutes walk (~ 2 km) from old town centre. There is direct Tram available from nearby Tram stop. The rooms were pretty neat and well organized. Heating was working fine and the wifi strength was pretty good. Staffs were very helping in keeping our luggages the nexy day after we checked out. Nearby there are few restaurants. We enjoyed Indian food one afternoon at Villa Thai Restaurant...

There was just 1 chair, no microwave. sound isolation between rooms was terrible, could hear the next door guest coughing all night or watching TV. no blind to close windows when it's daylight half of the night and you have a street light in front of the window.
