Room 102 is full of bedbugs, and the stuff doesn’t acknowledge that. They deny it to death. I forced them to change my room to another bedbug free one, or else they wanted me to stay in this room for my 3 days stay. Generally not clean, there is a bad odor in the hotel rooms. "
