"When i arrived the lock box would not open after 45 minutes of trying finally gave up by the time i recieved a ring from the owner of property i was told cleaning lady had opened it i asked for a pic with the lockbox open and i was told she had other thing to do but i could go there and people world be there to help i was 1 and 30 minutes away the picture i never got but was told to get there and it'd be open, worst exprience after traveling an hour from airport for that lock box to not open to...

"Bye far the worst place anyone could stay, it was an apartment complex, the place was dirty with rat, roaches feces, the fridge did not work, the kitchen floor had a licking water issue from the washer. "We had a great stay at Puerta al Mar! The location is amazing—just steps from the beach. The pool was beautiful and a great spot to relax after a day in the sun. "I wouldn't categorize this place as "elegant." It would have made our stay a lot more comfortable if some basics had been provided such as: coffee, condiments, and other basic kitchen items; a few more towels; extra blankets; a coffee table; lamps and/or mood lighting; lighting above the kitchen sink; luggage racks; shower caddy in the shower; bathroom matt. The setup of the apartment doesn't really allow one to enjoy the beautiful view. Overall, the stay was okay, but not likely that I'd stay...
