"Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."

Was a very big and spacious apartment, beautiful and comfortable, fairly clean and close to the Guixar station. "Hotel is a short drive from airport. Ideal location if arriving late to the airport or just need a place to rest for a few hours. The rooms were clean, staff were very friendly. However---be aware!!--the check-in process (at least for me) required me to leave my passport with the front desk staff for the duration of my stay. This made me very uncomfortable. Typical procedure (I have traveled internationally for years to Europe, South America) is for front desk staff use one's passport to verify...
