"We thought of dormitories being YMCA but was surprised that it was basically a hotel less a TV. We looked for a room and was surprised how nice it was and the price was reasonable for Estes. We well may go back later when we have more time. There were lots of elk on the property which is what I wanted to see."

"Very nice hotel. My wife and I enjoyed our over night stay. We will be coming back soon."

"The Academy Hotel was adequate for our stay, but overall it felt quite old and dated and could use some significant updating. Our room itself had received a few updates, but the bathroom was a mixed bag. The sink appeared newer, while the tub and toilet definitely showed their age. "Love the property and the views are amazing. We’ve stayed here 3 different times while visiting Breck!"

"Very beautiful and well maintained property with a kind and helpful staff. All new plumbing and flooring in the rooms, so super clean. "Very nice hotel. Would be nice if they had a mini fridge and microwave in the room as standard, otherwise it’s great."

"It was cozy and clean. The staff were super helpful and answered questions. Breakfast was good. They offered popcorn and s'more's, I was a very thoughtful gesture."

"Only stayed there for a few hrs to sleep and eat dinner but it was great. Very clean and very friendly staff. Definitely would recommend it!"

"The manager was an angel"

"Clean and good service from staff. A good price and just a couple blocks from all the best of downtown Denver."
