"The internet is seriously slow. If you use international mobile phone, their wifi cannot surf internet websites or app such as WhatsApp or Facebook. Hotel is too Chinese and catered to local guest. Not friendly for international guest despite being an international brand hotel. I dislike the open toilet concept. Even even the sliding door can separate the toilet and room, I dislike the design. "The staff at the property were wonderful and attentive. Any issue was taken care of promptly. Rooms are very nice and clean and had more than enough room in them. The baths were nice with very nice amenities. They would stock my room each day with fresh fruit and crackers and water which was great. The location is excellent with shops and restaurants very close by along with a beautiful park. When I return to Yuyao in a few months this will be the place that I stay again. This hotel is great...
