"We enjoyed our stay but checkin was slow and then the door to our room would not open with card. Needed to get housekeeping up twice to get access - problem with lock. It took a while and we were in a hurry."

"Excellent stay overall. Extremely well appointed hotel room with everything you could ever need for a comfortable stay. Guest laundry for free was also a plus. The ONLY letdown was the noise in the morning from the QV Market setting up at around 5-6am. "
