"I had a great stay at this hotel. The location was convenient and is immediately adjacent to a shopping center and just off the interstate. The room was clean and comfortable. All the staff was courteous and attentive. The layout for breakfast was substantial with numerous options. The price was excellent. "

"This was very convenient to places to eat and the arena in downtown Asheville. Beds were very comfortable and I even love the toiletries supplied by the hotel. Highly recommend it! The only thing I noticed was the hallway carpet was old. That is an easy fix and I keep hoping hotels stop using carpet as they are very hard and time consuming to keep clean."

"My stay was great, but the elevators didn’t work and I was there for work. I worked night shift and I was near the exit door. The slamming of the door from people coming and exiting were an issue for me to sleep most days. "

"Room was clean and had no pet odor. The bed was not very comfortable, and the shower/tub floor looked dingy, probably due to the non-slip surface they chose. It was very easy to hear conversations in the adjoining room. The outlets on the bed-side lamp did not work in any of the 3 rooms we had."
