"A good location in the central part of Ulm with good access to the train station and walkable to the center of the city. Construction near the entrance made finding the hotel a bit difficult at first. The staff was helpful and experience was good."

"Staff seemed unable to cope due to busy period, and were not as friendly as I'm used to in the south of Germany. There was a wedding on too so maybe due to that. Stlfling hot in room, and room Aircon control was not working. Great place though, would go back."

"Everything about the hotel was amazing, the staff, the room, the food, all great. The hotel grouods are very clean and its a very interesting concept (Erlebnishof is an adventure farm hotel typical of Germany). Family friendly atmosphere with lots of activities for families and a great place for solo travellers."

"Die Anlage ist sehr schön gelegen und hat uns auch gut gefallen, genauso wie die Außenanlagen, Wege und Spielplätze. Unser Häuschn sah auf den ersten Blick auch modern und schick aus, jedoch hat es bei der Sauberkeit große Defizite gegeben. Der Boden war voller Staub und Krümel, die Toilette war überhaupt nicht sauber, die Bettwäsche hatte Flecken und alle Seifenspender im Haus waren nicht aufgefüllt. "The staff at the Golden Tulip Parkhotel Neu-Ulm are really friendly and helpful and should be commended for this. I requested a non-smoking room, just to be put into a smoking room! They did change it for me. The passages in the hotel have a stale smoke smell, which is really not nice and quite disgusting.
