I did have an issue with changing the dates of my stay and the ability to get a credit. However, I think this was an Expedia issue rather than a hotel issue. The hotel staff informed me it wouldn’t be an issue at check in but Expedia was required to make the change. When I engaged Expedia they indicated an issue...

"Th manager/owner spoke really good English and gave me a lot of recommandations. I loved my room with deep soak bath tub overlooking the harbor. Very vibrant area with all the food markets. Short ride to Busan Air Cruise. Also next to the hotel is a Korean bathhouse/spa with salt water. "

"Location was great not too close to all the shopping street lights but nit too far either. Surrounded by shopping lanes and food options. Room was a little too hot for us, but it was comfy enough. Staff friendly snd helpful, laundry facilities on was free, nice chilled lounge area and the massage chairs are a must try after a long day of exploring. "
