"Staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the "hotel" was of very low standards because: no lift, my room was a 5x3m with one window to the back, no view (enclosed space), noise from other rooms (coming through enclosed space/open window), small shower (ventilation did not work, cistern had low pressure and did not flush properly), no wardrobe, no fridge, no coffee/breakfast facilities."

"Upon arrival was told we have to change rooms the next day so it was pointless to unpack just to re pack the next day, also could not go anywhere until after 11:00am waiting for cleaners to clean new room the following morning. The room had no chair, shower curtain, toilet paper holder, kettle, hair dryer, bin in room, tv’s in both rooms kept loosing its stations, smallest fridge that didn’t work and towels only replaced every 4 days, cafeteria style breakfast."

"Absolutní nezájem personálu něco řešit. V koupelně špína, kterou i přes upozornění jsme si museli sami uklidit. Omlácený a poškozený nábytek na pokojích. Určitě nedoporučuji. Po několika dnech jsme si připlatili 10€ a přestěhovali se do krásného čistého apartmánu."
