"The AC was broken and they did nothing to fix or provide a different room. It was 32 degrees. They offered us a fan but it was difficult to sleep. Seems a lot of rooms are very old. The location and view were spectacular! Breakfast was good."

Front desk staff nice. Staff in the spa was not helpful or friendly - in my opinion, a phone call should not take priority over three couples standing in line. "Wonderful hotel and an excellent breakfast. The owners are super people and treat their guests as family. We had a mountain-facing balcony view that was absolutely stunning. Some guests mentioned the WiFi and it’s true that it comes and goes in and out; however, downstairs in the bar area, the signal is very strong. So, if you plan on hiding out in your room and streaming videos, etc, don’t count on it. If that’s not the case, we highly recommend this hotel. "
