"Stayed 2 nights in an Ensuite room. Room was tiny as was the bathroom, literally no room to unpack our suitcase. However it was clean, quiet and the shower was good. Also there was parking under the hotel for just 10e a day. Overall excellent value if just wanting basic accommodation. "

"Stay away from this hotel. It is a waste of money. It’s more of a Motel than a hotel, and the rooms are So so tiny. You walk in the room and the bed is right infront of your face. The toilets are similar to public toilets and are so so small. Personally I felt really uncomfortable and didn’t like it at all. "Superb location. Modern interior and so beautifully maintained. We had the best time. Our two bedroom apartment had the best view of the Eiffel and if you went to the rooftop it’s almost in front of your eyes. But what made it special is the excellent start to finish service from the staff. I will definitely ONLY stay here when I visit Paris. "

"I don't understand it, but Everytime and takes two events together... There are empty rooms, but will put everyone together. I don't understand it, have 50 empty rooms, but will put next person right next to me. For housekeeping? You mean the ones that go up and down the halls anyway? Never mind the customers. Next part is that people are rude and unaware, as they talk (can hear through walls) and slam doors, always ruin the doors and slam them. Management seems to like that. Never again."

"Staff is very nice and accommodating, they even stored our luggage which was extremely generous of them and very much appreciated. Steep stairs were rough after a long day but still doable as an active person. Problem was the bathroom was not cleaned to my liking, which was addressed with manager, and he agreed to fix it.
