"During the checkin we requested a crib, they told us it will be sent to our room shortly. After 30 min it came, but it had dirty linen. We took a picture of it and showed it to someone at the front desk who apologized and agreed to send us new crib linen. The next morning, we requested two bathrobes and one of them came wet. We asked the housekeeper to exchange it and he said he will bring us a new one, but never came. Briefly, the hotel service needs to be improved. "

"The staff was great. Theprice was perfect! Everything was closed because we were there during the Christmas Holiday. There were no restaurants to go to. We enjoyed walking around the farm and a VERY OLD cemetery by the property. The road the hotel is on is very busy. People drive crazy on it. The motorists speed. The road has lots of curves. The shuttle to the airport makes this hotel fantastic. Also, we have a Chihuahua. They accept small dogs."

"Very convenient hotel close to Munich airport - great rooms and service - excellent food - Moevenpick quality never disappoints. Easy to get to airport in am. No shuttle but taxi was easily available. Would definitely chose again."

"Nice hotel. Is great choice for a business trip or overnight stay at the airport. The rooms are of moderate size, but have great design and are very convenient. The hotel offers a lot of common spaces which is a great benefit. "

"Stay was comfortable and quiet. There was more than acceptable dust all over the coffee maker, headboard, lamps which makes me wonder if the rug and furniture are cleaned at all."

"A little bit far from the city centre but a nice hotel overall. Has a shopping centre very close (5 min walk) that offers all you need. The breakfast was delicious!"

"Loved the unique setting amongst the cars. Need more hooks in bathroom, if more than two people in room not enough let alone for robes etc. Plenty of room for other storage though! Would be good to give parking instructions prior to arrival."

"standard hotel with good breakfast buffet. well connected to city center 25mins by metro. limited number of parking spots so hotel parking that costs 20 eur per day is a robery. "

"Very clean rooms, mini-bar is free. Staff is friendly and hotel is located right next to the 19 street tram which is very convenient. Would stay again in future Munich trip!"
