The room was in a separate building (which was advertised) and it took us almost an hour from the moment we came to reception until we got to the room, including figuring out our way around the parking, and getting luggage to the room. "Stayed here 2 nights, lots of decent restaurants within walking distance. Spa was very nice but busy, massage was fine. Great location to Parma and Modena, nice boutique hotel would definitely stay here again "

"Set up in the hills overlooking Levanto, this was a lovely & quiet hotel. They also provide bus shuttle services into Levanto & return. They provide a lovely self service buffet breakfast inside or out on the terrace. Once in Levanto you purchase train tickets to all of Cinque Terra towns, and the National Park entry tickets We really enjoyed our 3 day stay there."

"No complaints at all. Staff were friendly, the place was clean, quiet, cool (not hot - end of July trip!), well priced, parking was easy and it had covid19 screens . The only very minor problem was with the room safe for which the instructions were in Italian (and we don't speak it!). 5 minutes 'playing' sorted that. Overall we would definitely stay there again."

"Great hotel and staff, if you rent a car - it will be amazing. If not, you may have some difficulty getting rides from city center, but can easily ask a restaurant or store to call a taxi if needed. Fantastic hotelstaff and very clean."
