"Staff was nice and helpful"

"Good location on a bustling street, with a lot of stores nearby, including groceries. Easy check-in. Only downside is a little smell of smoke. It seemed some previous guests didn't abide by the smoke-free rule. "

"This is the worst area to stay in. Absolutely unsafe. And the amenities offered by the property are incorrect, there are no laundry facilities unless you would like to walk down the street and be accosted to buy drugs on your way. Private bathrooms are outside the room which is inconvenient, and streets are awful, noisy and unsafe. As an added bonus, prior to staying here we requested information about parking within the ZTL and were told the local parking complex at Marina Antico would provide...

"The property had excellent links to the heart of the city. The host was a lovely person only too willing to help. It was clean and tidy. Sadly, the shower was broken but was still functional with hot water. There are limited eating establishments around the hotel."

"Centrally located in a lovely old building, however there was a strong smoke smell when I stayed in, so I needed to keep the windows open throughout my stay to diffuse it. I also needed to fix some internet wiring which until now I still don’t know how I was able to do so. I am very sensitive to cigarette smell, and it was really all over the place which is such a shame. I commend the easy communication though prior to stay."

"The hotel was just what I was looking for! It was a great price and a great location, near Old Town, other tourist attractions, and the train station. The hotel itself was small, and the building older, and so the rooms and amenities were older. However, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the host and hostess were wonderful: very welcoming, warm, and friendly.
