"Great staff, good food, beautiful views. The private Tschuggen Express cable car is extremely convenient and takes you right to all the hiking trails. Pass for all the Arosa cable cars is included. Only small drawback for the summer, is there is no AC, but it's perfectly safe to just keep the balcony door open at night to cool the room down."

"Beautiful old school grand hotel. Would be perfect for a weekend getaway. I was passing through, just a one night last minute booking. The hotel had a wedding booked so the restaurant and bar were closed. The hotel staff messaged me ahead of time to warn me, but I didn’t receive in time. Unfortunately, there is nothing within walking distance. It would have been nice if they offered room service or to send a bottle of wine to the room. It all worked out. "This is our second time coming to this hotel. We found it quite lovely, however we could see some downgrades from last year in terms of food. The cafe was closed the entire time. The spa has a bit of a smell and the pillows and duvet are not the best. I think they can improve on that. The staff is friendly and everyone speaks English, that was great. The room is spacious and has lots of storage. They have an amazing ski depot which is wonderful and the ski in and out is fantastic. Overall the...

"Beautiful newly renovated hotel right next to the train station. Super friendly staff. Had one of the best European breakfasts I've had. Also they have a spa but we didn't have time to enjoy it. I highly recommend this place!"

"Rooms were clean and provided fresh towels and sheets everyday. When we arrived we were welcomed by the receptionist Visiliki. She was wonderful and provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities! Navigating the bus and trains to and from St Moritz can be confusing, as the hotel does not provide shuttles to the ski resort but they do provide free bus passes if you do not have one. Overall, great stay! We will be back. "
