"Went for a holiday based on hiking. Breakfast was good. We ate mostly at the hotel in the evening, with the food again good. The hotel was quiet, relaxing, clean and well maintained. We hope to return"

"The Hotel Casabermeja is an excellent place to overnight en route from or to Malaga. It is a good example of a traditional Spanish travellers' stopping place. We arrived at 22.55 and, even though the kitchens close at 23.00, they stayed on and gave us an excellent supper. "For the price in the Central location. This place is perfect. It’s a neat old building. The staff is super friendly and helpful. This place helped me save money and be right downtown. Our room was extremely clean and we had none of the concerns that I saw in comments from other people. I would stay here again. Get churros snd chocolate across the street for breakfast at the Hotel Castilla. They really do them well. "

"We probably made a mistake of booking a one star which was too basic for our needs. There were some obvious things that should have been remedied - shower holder not working, bath enamel worn. The air conditioning worked well and the staff were very welcoming. Maybe a possibility if you just need somewhere for one night,"
