We especially loved Erika, who we called because we were lost in our car’s navigation trying to find it. Erika calmed us down and said on the phone “you’re ok, you’re close, and I’m going to stay on the phone with you until you get here” and then she quickly helped us understand why the valet service was the best route, much better than trying to find a parking spot on those...

"We visited Trieste for 2 days and this was my first time in this city. The location of the hotel was fantastic, we walked everywhere! Also, it looks like the hotel was recently renovated, but everything was impeccable! The room was very spacious and beautiful! Highly recommended! "

"I liked that I could leave my luggage before I checked in; how close the hostel is to the train and bus station. I like the size of the lockers and that the bathroom is inside the dorm. The staff was also very friendly. "

"This is a small, unique hotel with wonderfully friendly staff and cute, small rooms with character. We only stayed one night, but had a nice stay and appreciated the hospitality. If you have a room on the 5th floor like we did, you’ll have to walk up one narrow, winding flight of stairs past the elevator limit of the 4th floor, so anyone with concerns about that should ensure they request a room on the 4th floor or below. "It was close to the water, which is nice. It loud when the windows are not closed. Not convenient to get dropped off by car. Over all I would stay here again. I recommend you have a translation app to help if you don't speak any Italian. Great for the price. "
