"It was nice"

"The room was pretty small, and so was the bathroom. Room service came in every day and remade the beds and gave us new towels. Only issue was that sometimes when you showered water got all over the floor, either because of how small it was or an issue with the door or sealant, i don't know. Overall it was as advertised. Lovely neighborhood and close to public transit. Would definitely recommend the vegan bakery Land and Monkeys nearby. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby. "

"Staff were wonderfully helpful, pleasant and polite. We arrived late and staff offered to help take our things to the room. The room was cheap so we did not expect a lot for our money but the room was very basic. Beds and TV and that was it. Bed was comfy and we slept well in a very quiet environment. Would consider staying here again but would want a smoke free room. Thank you to the young man on reception for being so helpful :)"

It would have been helpful to include information about the nearest metro stop so we wouldn’t have had to take a taxi when we first arrived, The apartment was nice with everything we needed. We felt safe. We loved the neighborhood; it had many shops with French, Algerian, Tunisian, Sri Lankan and other cuisines and products, There is a train station about 2 or 3 blocks away. We had a difficult time getting through to talk to a real person when an issue...

"On the Hotels.com website it says that you can’t check after 9pm which was a problem for us since our flight got delayed till 11pm. I was worried and called many times but no one answered. Come to find out that there is a self check in outside the lobby of the hotel.. would have appreciated knowing that before hand. There were bugs everywhere and the sheets could have been cleaner. The bathroom was like a porter potty but the shower pressure was great. Very small room but you pay for what you...
