"We had come to Klagenfurt for a parkrun and had no idea what to expect. The hotel was currently changing brands so we dropped bags off as one chain but checked in as a different hotel chain. Although there was some teething issues with the brand change, the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a pleasant stay. Plus kept it personalised but professional. "Family of 4, with 2 young children. It is a great hotel for children, the use of two pools and the buffet breakfast and dinner were priceless. Location is great too. Only thing is that room was a little date, as well as pool facilities. We were charged also for the infant's cot, albeit only €5. Staff were brilliant, i cant fault them. Parking is very limited, i would imagine in peak season that might be an issue, however as we visited off season, we had no problems finding a place."
