"We contacted the hotel for late check-in (after 7 pm) and were informed that they would reach out with instructions. Unfortunately, we were not contacted, and we were locked outside when we arrived at the hotel. Thankfully, someone working in the restaurant let us in and called someone to figure out how we could access our keys. The breakfast was good in the morning and thank goodness for the restaurant staff."

The only thing I would not give 5 stars was the service at supper. When we couldn't ski, the absolute best experience was the 10km mt bike trip with free bikes from the hotel. One question we couldn't get answered was why some people in the restaurant were getting meals that weren't on the menu... We had great burgers, though!"
