"As a retired travel agent, I was so pleasantly surprise at the quality I receive at this hotel. Where they found the excellent staff who runs the hotels lace I do not know because I just don’t find it anywhere anymore. Extremely happy with absolutely everything. Sonya was especially accommodating and really went the extra mile! Give that woman a raise, she is few and far between. I would gladly stay here every time I come to Aiken."

"The room was very basic and smaller than average, but it was made for up for by how exceptionally clean and quiet it was in the room and public areas. We arrived late at night, staff was very friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was very good. Great stop when on a road trip. "

"I was uncomfortable when I saw the “No public restroom” sign and the desk clerk had to unlock the lobby restroom, but overall the area was safe. I had some street noise, but I always carry ear plugs. "
