"Nice and interesting hotel at a competitive cost - friendly staff - room was clean and smart but a bit warm and fan/air con didn’t work - breakfast display was good but not special (didn’t have any cooked options though so can’t comment on those) - I would go back but as I say, it didn’t feel as special as it could have done"

"The room we had booked had a rusty bath and so had to move rooms. Unsure as to why the room was booked out in this condition as it was clearly in a poor state. Apart from that the staff were very pleasant and accommodating and it was no trouble changing. "

Our room was near the lift so had the constant lift ding all night plus the sound of other guests talking in the hall. Other than that there was no exterior road noise to be heard.
