"Mike who runs the property is an awesome guy and very helpful and accommodating. The property is super unique on the side of the volcano overlooking San Juan. I’m leaving this review to tell people to probably use Hostelworld to book this property because this is actually an old account. "The staff here were very sweet but disorganised. We could rarely find anyone on reception and at first we were told that the advertised free breakfast was not included. We asked again the next day and they confirmed that we were staying for 4 nights and that we could have breakfast included… the food was nice when we did get it.
