"Staff is very nice and accommodating, they even stored our luggage which was extremely generous of them and very much appreciated. Steep stairs were rough after a long day but still doable as an active person. Problem was the bathroom was not cleaned to my liking, which was addressed with manager, and he agreed to fix it. "We opted for this hotel over an Airbnb, expecting the benefits of 24-hour front desk service, in-person check-in, and housekeeping. Unfortunately, none of these services were available. Upon arrival, we found that check-in was self-service via a code. "Great value for money. Clean and located close to Metro and bus stops. Reception is super nice. Only downside is the elevator went out of order after my first night so I had to climb the narrow staircase for 5 floors - esp when checking out with luggage. But it also wasn’t that bad that it ruined the stay. Would come back!"
