"First the staff is super friendly and helpful. The place is an old fashion hotel of 50 years ago (building is about 200 years old). Rooms are efficient and have plenty of tea/Coffee available. Though no breakfast is served, but a place nearby serves breakfast. Close to the center of town. The street is rather unsafe with dopers around. We had one that annoyed us following us around. "

"Very convenient for exploring Dublin. Get what you expect from a hostel, 24/7 front desk which is good. Only small issue is rooms at the rear of the hostel are a bit of a trek to get to and back onto a nightclub, fine if you're in the club until closing which we ended up doing both nights."

"It's very central location, though sketchy enough late at night.. like any major city Dublin despite its relaxed vibe has a drug problem and to be aware of your soroundings is important.. Take common sense care and you should enjoy your visit. I stayed for one night in a small single room ,with a sink in the room .. bed was comfortable , staff are very friendly, and despite that morning no hot water in shower. Dublin is now very expensive to visit and with some extra effort in maintenance...

"You get what you pay for. It was the least expensive of the hotel options in Ireland. Not that close to the attractions, but public transportation is easily accessible. The room gives you the basics. No tv, coffee maker or hair dryer. There is a coffee shop and a convenient store on the ground floor. There is a shared kitchen on every floor. It suit our needs since we were out most of the time."
